  • Search records at their source, from all relevant counties, police departments, states and departments of corrections.
  • Include details for dismissed and open arrests, as well as, convictions.
  • Authenticate the information – so you know for sure if the arrests are actually on your applicant.

  • Provide all positive and negative account information in an easy to read format.

  RENTAL REFERENCES

  • Obtain references from current, prior and unclaimed™ addresses via personal interviews and faxes.
  • Authenticate the property owner of the current residence.
  • Research and acquire references on unclaimed addresses™, addresses that appear on the credit report even if the applicant did not provide them.
  • Continue contacting property managers for 7 days to obtain references.
  • Sent revised reports after additional references are obtained.
  • Call the applicant if any landlord contact information can’t be identified.
  

  EMPLOYMENT AND INCOME VERIFICATION

  • Verify monthly income, full or part-time status and employment dates for all current employment and income.
  • Work Number verifications are included.
  • If required, request the applicant provide pay stubs or other documents that verify employment and /or income.
