- How is your service better than other services?
- AAA Screening Service is not an automated service or a searchable database. Real people review and validate information using up to ten checkpoints, providing you with verified results in an easy-to-read format. We are able to obtain even information that the applicant has left off the application. AAA Screening Service provides a more complete picture than automated services that look up databases (many of them outdated) to save time.
- Do you have monthly fees?
- We do not have any standard monthly fees; you pay only for what you order.
- How do I sign my company up?
- Request a quote on-line, and we'll get back with you within two business days.
- How long will it take after registering before I can send our first application?
- In most cases your account will be active the same day.
- What kind of turnaround can I expect after sending an application?
- We provide same day/next day service.
- What do I need the applicant to sign for a full screen?
- The answer depends which kind of screening you're doing; we'll provide the forms at no charge either way:
- Rental screening
- A credit authorization is required by law and this language should be included on the application for occupancy. We recommend the use of AAA Screening’s forms and provide this form at no charge.
- Employee screening
- A credit authorization is required by law and must be on a separate, stand-alone form. AAA Screening Service will provide this form at no charge. A completed and signed application for employment should be faxed with the credit authorization.
- What collection services do you offer
- Under our subsidiary Midwest Regional Collections we offer exceptional collection services on a contingency fee basis.
